faulty air conditioning delayed assistance
the location was fine for getting around.
the air conditioning didn't work properly. i told the reception staff, but they didn't change my room until i threatened to leave. they sent a technician three times over four hours, but he failed to fix it.

helpful staff trade center room cleanliness limited food old smell ac temperature
the staff were helpful. i liked the location near the trade center. the Uber pick-up was fast from the hotel , usually under 5 minutes. the cleanliness of the room was good.
the food choices were limited. i wished there were more options to eat in the evening. the hallways smelled a bit OLD. it definitely needed airing. i also thought it was hard to adjust the AC temperature.

The breakfast buffet included european and mediterranean options. I learned they offer indian items upon request. The reception staff was cooperative. Padam David did an excellent job in housekeeping.
The ac was not working correctly.

I enjoyed the quick check-in. The staff displayed great energy. the security at the garage gate was always cute. even the supermarket staff were friendly (making it easy to grab essentials). free shuttle service to the world trade center is so helpful.
the bathroom lacked a few toiletries upon arrival.

The hotel gym included new equipment and yoga mats. The pool worked perfectly for relaxation after a long day. Alyssa and Raj were really helpful at check-in, too.

really good location attentive staff super clean room water pressure slow service request delays
The hotel has an really good location near the trade center. This made attending my meetings very convenient. The rooms were super clean. Staff proved always attentive.
I noticed the shower water pressure fluctuated. This proved annoying during showers. Service could be slow. I needed to ask for things repeatedly. I experienced delays when I requested assistance.
